yeah, as Meghan pointed out, it's a track called Think (About It) and it
actually contains both of the loops with the high pitched voice I'm familiar
with, one occurs with what sounds like a band member just yelling 'yeah!' or
something, and the other is Brown saying "You're bad, Sister!"

Also, I wasn't aware that the Amen break is sampled by techno

I meant 'rave' techno, like the old-school happy hardcore breakbeat mayhem
of the early nineties, before certain artists split off to form the jungle
genre . I wont go digging for specific examples but examples the techno I
was talking about are Run Tings, Sonz of Loop da Loop Era, Krome & Time,
Acen, The House Crew, D'Cruz, etc. I agree though, that finding it in
trance and techno (after 95) would be more rare, but it does occasionally
pop up in a house track or psytrance cut.
