Second Call for Nominations: Best Article on the History of Children and Youth

The Society for the History of Children and Youth (SHCY) is pleased to call
for nominations for the best article in English on the history of children,
childhood, or youth (broadly construed) published in calendar year 2005 or
2006 in a print or on-line journal. The award of a plaque and a check for $250US
will be presented at the SHCY Conference, June 27-30, 2007, at LINKÖPING
UNIVERSITY in NORRKÖPING, SWEDEN . Nominations are invited from journals,
writers(self-nominations), and scholars. All are eligible for the award, except
for current members of the award committee and the executive committee and
officers of the SHCY. Nominations must be postmarked by Feb. 15, 2007.

Please send a copy of the article to be nominated to *all* members of the
award committee at the mailing addresses listed below.
