Thanks Evan, but to qualify my inquiry, right now im looking at
international electronic arts festivals normally held in clubs,
galleries, warehouses and campus buildings in metropolitan districts,
often with arts council funding, sometimes requiring registration and
featuring a range of experimental electronic musics alongside other
digital media arts performances, workshops, techniques and forums. ie
not psytrance festivals or teknivals.
