video essays, one called Bassline Bassline which is about the history of the
Roland TB-303 and another called 'Can I get an Amen?' which is about the
breakbeat samples used to formulate hip-hop and later techno, DnB, etc.
Both are only about 1/2 hour and very informative.

And a well-done documentary that I recommend strongly to everyone here is
'Haack: The King of Techno,' which is about visionary Bruce Haack, the first
major electronic musician.  You can see it online for a buck here:
