municipalisme = machtsvorming van gemeenten tegen de centrale overheid en het internationale kapitaal
wanneer gaat Amsterdam daar mee beginnen?

Mooi salaris, daar kan deze bevlogen manager een mooie vrije sector huurwoning in Amsterdam van gaan betrekken.
Voor koop in Amsterdam komt zij of hij nauwelijks in aanmerking: op grond van dit salaris max hypotheek van zo’n 300.000 euro (4 x 75.000 bruto jaarinkomen); daar koop je in Amsterdam alleen een piepklein appartement voor.
