<Fair City Amsterdam> gepaste maatregelingen?

Dit is een zeer terechte vraag, Bart, met een ondertoon van (de hoogste) 
urgentie. Ik denk dat dit inderdaad permanent gaat worden, want deze 
maatregelen kosten heel veel geld, en het terugdraaien ervan ook. Zullen 
we maar eens wat gaan doen?
