Energie opwekking discussies lopen snel uit op 'dizkuzzies' omdat de materie migraine opwekkend complex is en alle varianten wel voor en nadelen kleven - helemaal in de lijn van Cruijff's beruchte uitspraak. Wmb is er maar een weg uit: minderen, en schaal verkleining (lokaal dus, op wijk of zelfs huizenklster nivo)
