
<html><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=utf-8"></head><body style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space;" class="">Abraham, dat er fouten zijn gemaakt door onze overheid mag duidelijk zijn. Maar die fouten leg jij uit op een nogal paranoïde manier en met de verkeerde conclusie. De overgrote meerderheid van integere medische specialisten, virologen enz. geven aan dat er eerder en meer maatregelen genomen hadden moeten worden. Jij rent als een kip zonder kop de andere richting uit: weg met die maatregelen want die zouden je vrijheid beknotten. Welke vrijheid? De vrijheid om anderen te beschadigen en de pandemie op zijn beloop te laten? Het recht op leven is een van de grootste vrijheden die we hebben. Ik blijf het bijzonder vreemd vinden dat je met je afschuw van covid-maatregelen aan dezelfde kant komt te staan als extreemrechtse figuren als Baudet, die het alleen maar erger zullen maken.<div class=""><br class=""><div class="">Dat onze wereld voor problemen staat die we zelf gecreëerd hebben is ook duidelijk. Daar moeten we aan werken. Geen opeenstapeling van mensen en dieren door verdichting in steden en bioindustrie bijvoorbeeld. Het neoliberalisme is de bron van veel onrecht. Dat zie je goed.</div><div class="">Wat de pandemie betreft die is voorspeld, maar er werd niet geluisterd. We hebben onze natuur en ons milieu behoorlijk verpest. Veel van wat je hieronder schrijft klopt wel. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Maar we hebben het hier en nu over maatregelen om de pandemie te stoppen en zo weinig mogelijk slachtoffers te maken. Daar zit je met je tegenwerking van maatregelen volkomen fout. Het is een angstreactie die zo te zien op andere dingen gebaseerd is dan louter de feiten over de pandemie. Daar doe je jezelf geen goed mee.</div><div class="">En Amsterdam is geen heilige stad. In Almere valt ook goed te leven.</div><div class=""><br class=""><div class="">

zende tovermiddel zou zijn voor alle kwalen in de wereld, met als resultaat dat de elite steeds rijker wordt en het gewone volk steeds armer. Maar ook de Nederlandse buitenlandpolitiek getuigde tot op dat moment niet van die humanistische zorg voor de medemens buiten Nederland, het tegenovergestelde is juist de regel. Onze politieke elite blinkt uit in ambitie, zij neemt permanent en driftig deel aan oorlog en uitbuiting van andere landen, met als gevolg: o.a. vluchtelingen uit die landen.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Hoe komt het dat uitgerekend dit slag mensen, met opvallende sociopatische en narcistische eigenschappen, plotseling het humanistisch licht ziet? Zijn ze opeens op een wonderbaarlijke wijze door Jezus in hun harten geraakt, of doen andere motieven deze kraaien een nieuw liedje krassen?<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Een volstrekt nieuw fenomeen is zeer moeilijk te doorgronden, zelfs voor grote eerbiedwaardige professoren, vooral als zij bang zijn om hun positie te verliezen of wanneer zij betaald worden om het niet te doorgronden, te zwijgen en zelfs te liegen. Misschien kunnen wij dit nieuwe fenomeen makkelijker begrijpen aan de hand van oude, maar nog zeer actuele ervaringen: als wij goed opletten dan kunnen wij een link zien tussen migratie, het volkshuisvestingbeleidsdrama van vandaag de dag, de middeleeuwse Pestwetten en het huidige coronabeleid.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class=""><font size="4" style="font-size: 14pt;" class=""><b class="">Volkshuisvesting<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b><b class="">en covid</b></font></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Als men de media, de politici en de ambtenaren vraagt over de huidige volkshuisvestingssituatie, dan zal men van hen te horen krijgen dat alles wat fout gaat maar een natuurverschijnsel is, net als Covid, met uitzondering van enkele incidentele rotte appels binnen de vastgoedindustrie en de financiële industrie, die hen een slechte naam bezorgen. Volgens hen is er hoe dan ook geen bewust kwade opzet in het spel.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Wie zich echter in dit thema echt verdiept en er zijn archieven en bibliotheken vol documentatie, studies en boeken over dit thema, ontdekt dat de sociale volkshuisvestingspolitiek het resultaat is van een onophoudelijke strijd tussen de hoge klassen en de lage klassen. Men ontdekt dat de verzorgingsstaat en haar Woningwet van 1901 niet uit liefde voor de medemens tot stand is gekomen, maar veeleer uit angst. De elite had al de nodige ervaring met klassenstrijd die tot een groot aantal revoluties leidde en daar had zij geen zin meer in. Zij zocht naar manieren om het volk duurzaam in slaap te sussen, omdat de gewelddadige onderdrukkingsmethoden die ze generaties lang tegen het volk had toegepast, niet het gewenste resultaat opleverde. Het volk moest iets gegeven worden, wat zij niet graag meer zou willen verliezen: een klein inkomen als je niet kan werken, een duurzaam dak boven je hoofd, gezondheidszorg voor als je ziek werd, etc. Hoe nederig ook: voldoende om waardig een bescheiden leven te kunnen leiden en om niet in armoede te creperen zoals vroeger normaal was. Het volk is aldus minder geneigd om in opstand te komen. Kortom de<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b class="">verzorgingsstaat</b>. In ruil hiervoor mag de elite, of wel de oligarchen, zich rustig onmetelijk verder verrijken.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Echter, de elite was nooit echt blij met deze oplossing. Zij vond het vervelend om met het gepeupel de taart te moeten delen, hoe klein dat stukje taart dan ook was: zij wilde de hele taart voor zichzelf. En dus vanaf het prille begin van de verzorgingsstaat hebben de liberalen, de conservatieven en religieuzen en later ook de sociaaldemocraten er alles aan gedaan wat binnen hun macht lag, om deze verdeling te dwarsbomen.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class=""><span class="">Tot de komst van<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class=""><b class="">h</b></span><span class=""><b class="">et kabinet<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b></span><span class=""><b class="">Lubbers-III</b></span><span class=""></span><span class="">(1989) was de positie van arbeiders sterk genoeg om deze cowboys enigszins in toom te houden. Vanaf 1989 echter, veranderde alles:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class=""><b class="">het kabinet Lubbers – Kok<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b></span><span class=""><b class="">(CDA en PvdA)</b></span><span class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>begon in de geest van Thatcher en Reagan het (neo) liberalisme in Nederland te introduceren. Tot 1989 behoorde ruim 80% van alle woningen in Nederland tot de sociale woningvoorraad.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="">Na de WOII<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="">Nederland<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="">werd</span><span class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>bekend als hèt land met het beste huisvestingssysteem in de wereld.</span><span class="">Desondankshuisjesmelkers vierden feest, kun je nagaan.</span><span class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>In<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class=""><span style="font-weight: normal;" class="">principe</span></span><span class=""><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>genoot iedereen in Nederland van de garantie van huisvesting, ongeacht de eigen economische situatie. De rijken konden zich weliswaar zoals altijd alles veroorloven wat voor geld te koop was, daar tegenover hadden de arbeiders, de middenklasse en de onderklasse – van wieg tot graf – de garantie van een volwaardige woning. Het huren van een sociale woning was gekoppeld aan een vast huurcontract en dat was net zo goed als een woning bezitten.</span></font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><br class=""></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-repeat: repeat repeat;" class=""><font class="">Vanaf 1989 brachten Kok en Lubbers hier grondige veranderingen in. Onder het mom van verzelfstandiging begon de overheid – en zij is er nog steeds mee bezig – in samenwerking en in uitstekende coördinatie met meeste maatschappelijke organisaties, maatschappelijke ondernemingen,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b class="">vakbonden</b>, reguliere media,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b class="">huurdersorganisaties</b>, academici, wetenschappers, de EU, de vastgoedindustrie, de financiële industrie en bijna alle politieke partijen, aan de opzettelijke en doelbewuste privatisering van de sociale woningvoorraad. De sociale woningvoorraad en de gecreëerde woningschaarste was en is nog steeds miljarden euro's waard, de privatisering ervan maakt nog steeds alleen een bevoorrechte groepje mensen erg rijk.</font></div><div style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 16px; background-image: none; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-position: 0% 0%; background-r
