[Filmfestivalresearch] Update of FFRN Bibliography and additional resources

Dear Festival Researchers,

 

A few weeks ago, you received the message that the third volume of the Film
Festival Yearbook has appeared and is available to order from St. Andrews
Film Studies.  Now, we are writing to let you know that the FFRN
bibliography on www.filmfestivalresearch.org has been updated.  Apart from
the pieces in FFY3, a range of about 40 further articles, reports and books
on film festivals and their study have been added.  

 

Taking a lead from FFY3, the “Additional Resource” section on the website
now features the new page “festival listings”.  Here you can find published
listing of specialized festivals as well as a number of online resources for
collected festival listings.  The sections featuring BA/MA Theses as well as
Syllabi on Classes Teaching Film Festival Studies have also been updated.

 

Check out the FFRN website with its updated Bibliography and Additional
Resources at: www.filmfestivalresearch.org.  

 

As we aim to keep the resources as relevant as possible to help film
festival researchers, we rely on your help and suggestions.  Please let us
know, if you have additions to the Bibliography or Resource sections.  Don’t
hesitate to send us your own work and promote your colleagues.  If you have
suggestions and new ideas on any section of the website, please let us know
and get involved!
