[Filmfestivalresearch] Re Cork International Film Festival Archive

Hello,

I thought that some of your membership/film festival students might like to
know that the Cork International Film Festival, in collaboration with Dr
James O'Sullivan, Department of Digital Arts & Humanities at University
College Cork, & Dr Ciara Chambers, Department of Film, has recently
digitised many materials (photographs/posters/programme covers) from their
archives. Cork was one of the earliest film festivals and some of this
material goes back to the early 1950s. There will be an open-access
accompanying catalogue/images accessible through the Cork Open Research
Archive (CORA) - this is not live yet but hopefully soon. However, the
archive is live and can be accessed at:
