re all,

north  of france,  a place  in Calais  used to  be called  "Jungle" by
tribes of  migrants waiting  to reach UK,  has been raided  by police,
arresting  an  undefined  amount  (600-800)  of  people,  mostly  from
Afghanistan.

  "we need shelter and protection.  we ask asylum.  we want peace. the
   jungle is our home" they shouted while being arrested, with banners
   and signs in english and pashtun.

Some run away, some stay sitting whispering "Inshallah".  "We can't go
anywhere. In Calais the police will catch us anyway. The Jungle is the
only place. We have no fear" said Bilal, 18 years old.
