<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Omdat ik uw bezorgdheid om Miloud Fritass deel en ik onder
de geadresseerden het fonds mis van waaruit zaken t.b.v. de slachtoffers van de
Schipholbrand bekostigd kunnen worden breng ik dat onder uw aller aandacht. Het
past m.i. niet dat fonds en de herdenking van dit jaar te vergeten nu er
een blijvend monument op Schiphol is.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Wat betreft de diagnose PTSS, Post Traumatische Stress
Stoornis, weet ik niet door wie die gesteld is inzake Miloud Fritass, maar
daarom vraag ik als lid van de KNMG u om hier in Medisch Contact
aandacht aan te besteden, mogelijk door een second opinion als de diagnose
PTSS al gesteld is door een psychiater, die deskundig is op het gebied van
de ethnische psychiatrie. Veel Nederlands opgeleide psychiaters beoordelen
vluchtelingen psychiatrisch vanuit de Nederlandse cultuur. Dat kan fout
gaan.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Wat kamp Zeist betreft weet ik niet hoe het de
Anarchistische Actiegroep vergaan is, die daar aandacht aan besteedde, maar
hopelijk is dat allemaal goed verlopen.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Vanuit die hoop stuur ik verantwoordelijken van 'kerk in
actie,' uit Drachten, Friesland, de PKN in Friesland, de stichting Respons
van de kerk waar ik kom en de website met daarop de herdenkingsdienst van
de Schipholbrand op 18 november 2005 in Leeuwarden deze mail ook. Graag uw
aandacht voor het mailadres van Maribel, die bij de Schipholbrand om kwam en wat
beheerd wordt door Jan Berend de Vries, wat bekend is bij solidair Friesland en
bij wie zich om het zoontje van Maribel bekommeren.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Nico Steijnen, ik zit op de medische lijn van de IPPNW en
jij op de juridische lijn van IALANA, welke organisaties wereldwijd oorlogen wil
voorkomen. Het één kan niet zonder het ander en de Nobelprijswinnaar Artsen
zonder Grenzen weet dat van ons als IPPNW en IALANA. Velen snappen vanaf de
bodem echter niet wat er aan de toppen plaats vindt en daarom breng ik het
fonds voor slachtoffers van de Schipholbrand en dat monument en de positie van
kamp Zeist onder ieders aandacht. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><STRONG>Stichting Respons, </STRONG>graag interkerkelijk
overleg nu u als stichting de toestanden in kamp Zeist kent doordat we een jonge
vrouw uit Afrika daaruit gekregen hebben.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Voor u vermeld ik daarom en de verantwoordelijken van
"kerk in actie" stuur ik de stichting Inlia deze mail ook. Hoe zijn
nu de kerkasylvoorwaarden en afspraken?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial><STRONG>Criminelen </STRONG>zijn slim, maar
illegalen zijn geen criminelen, tenzij er niets anders overblijft dan "beg,
steal and borrow," zoals de new seekers zongen. Kent u dat nog?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Ik bied Miloud Fritass bij mij onderdak aan, wat
huisarrest kan worden zolang ik als arts zoek naar de beste medische en
juridische wegen voor onze gastvrijheid.</FONT></DIV>

style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">In bijgaand faxbericht wordt ook de aandacht
van de vaste Kamercommissie voor Justitie ingeroepen voor wat betreft de
dreigende uitzetting van een van de zwaar getraumatiseerde slachtoffers van de
Schipholbrand, in casu <B>Miloud Fritass</B>.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Niet alleen is een dergelijke uitzetting op
zich al aanstonds ontoelaatbaar te achten, nu de Staat der Nederlanden
verantwoordelijk moet worden gehouden voor de zware geestelijke
kwetsuren die de heer Fritass tijdens de ramp heeft opgelopen, zodat
reeds vanuit dat oogpunt Nederland voor hem verantwoordelijk is en
blijft, maar bovendien geldt dat hier niet gehandeld dreigt te worden
conform de eigen <U>algemene</U> beleidsregels terzake van het
vreemdelingenbeleid.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Zwaar zieke mensen worden immers niet uit
Nederland uitgewezen. Althans niet zolang niet medisch zeer grondig is
vastgesteld dat zij een dergelijke uitzetting zouden kunnen
doorstaan.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">De heer Fritass is, nu de Staat zelf zijn
geestelijke kwetsuren als een post traumatisch stress syndroom heeft
erkend, als ernstig ziek aan te merken. </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Vast staat ook dat hij, als onderdeel van zijn
zieketebeeld, ernstig suicidaal is en daarvoor tot enkele dagen geleden nog
onder specialistische behandeling was.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Ook werd hij, als bescherming tegen zichzelf,
kortelings geleden nog enige tijd in een isoleercel opgesloten
gehouden.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Daarmee geldt dus dat niet alleen van
staatswege al uitdrukkelijk is onderkend dat hij ernstig psychisch ziek
is, maar ook dat hij daarbij tevens nog suicidaal is.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Van enig grondig medisch onderzoek naar de
vraag of hij, in deze toestand, uitzetbaar moet worden geacht, is echter geen
sprake geweest. </SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Voorts is het gevestigd beleid dat, als extra
factor, ernstig zieke personen alleen uitzetbaar worden geacht als
bovendien</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">vastaat dat niet alleen een behandeling van
hun specifieke kwalen in het land waarheen zij dreigen te worden uitgezet
<B>mogelijk</B> is, maar dat een behandeling daar ook voor hen
<B>daadwerkelijk toegankelijk </B>is.</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt"></SPAN> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify"><SPAN
style="LETTER-SPACING: -0.15pt">Ook daaromtrent ontbreekt vooralsnog
zekerheid.</SPAN></P>
