<videovortex> VV steering committee and more

Dear all,

as you have noticed on this list preparation are well under way for  
Video Vortex 6, here in Amsterdam, which will happen over the next  
couple of days.

One of the meetings on Thursday afternoon is that of the Video Vortex  
steering committee.

This meeting is not closed or secret. It's a meeting of the network,  
and that's all of us. We'll send notes to the list, of course.

Dear all,

We are really looking forward to the VV#6 event. It's going to be an  
exciting conference.

On the Thursday before, the 10th we would like to invite everyone to  
join the steering committee meeting.

Date: 10th of March
Time: 15.30 - 17.15
Location: NIMk (Amsterdam), Keizersgracht 264, Club Karlsson, top floor.

Where do you want to take the Video Vortex initiative?

Do you think it is too slow or not active enough as a network?

It's all pretty loose and easy going and still stuff happens.

In the case of the YouTube exhibition at Guggenheim it is also became  
clear what the borders are of VV.

We cannot, and maybe also do not want to 'represent' Video Vortex in  
such case. Is that problematic?

Let us know and maybe meet over the next days here in Amsterdam!
