Recently I was getting a large amount of visits every day and I just found where they are coming from (and thought you would be interested in the story). Apparently it is SEO marketers actively using it: http://moz.com/blog/keywords-to-concepts. The backend of Wikistalker has a lot of similarities with Google's PageRank, analyzing the links of the non-monetizable corner of Internet (Wikipedia).
