Dear Greg,

I would suggest considering the EMAF in Osnabrück, the Forum Expanded
section of the Berlin Film Festival (founded in 2007 to address connections
between film and art), even the Forum section of the Berlin film festival,
the Lausanne Underground Film Festival and le Festival des Cinémas
Différents et Expérimentaux de Paris. In terms of Knokke, which should of
course be considered, there is an excellent special issue of the Revue Belge
du Cinéma on ist history, written by Xavier Garcia Bardon and published in
2002.
