<videovortex> new intern / video vortex #10

Hello everybody,

I am Marta, the new intern at the Institute of Network Cultures and currently at the first steps of organising the next Video Vortex #10. I am very excited to undertake this edition and to join the Video Vortex project. We are just taking up things so any suggestions for the next conference are welcome!
