Hi all,
It occurs to me that my brother, who is an undergraduate at University
College Dublin and deeply involved in struggles around post-secondary
education in Ireland, might be interested in writing a piece for the
journal. Is it too late for this? He has been a founder and
spokesperson for Free Education for Everyone (FEE), a group which has
occupied various ministries, organized a student strike, and generated
a great deal of debate surrounding public education in Ireland.
Chapters of the group have now been started up at various universities
across Ireland. Perhaps he could write a synthetic piece in which he
discusses FEE and the contemporary landscape of post-secondary
education in Ireland?
