<CPOV> fork interview

hi all - an extract of a longer interview found on the cpov blog has
recently been published in wired.co.uk. it covers the 2002 fork of wikipedia
and tries to show that this was a very important moment in the history of
the project.

there is a reply from wales and quite a heated one from sanger as well.
