<CPOV> script for scripts

I was chatting to Stuart Geiger the other day about an idea that I have to build a script to format talk pages in a way that enables easier analysis for the ethnographic work that I'm doing. Stuart said that someone at the Amsterdam event did something similar along the lines of a dramatic script but I can't find it on quick read of the event program page. Basically I'd like to be able to extract talk between time stamps and display conversation in chronological order and then across the page as new conversations are started. 

If anyone has a link, please send it along?
