[Filmfestivalresearch] FFR-Group: Call for participation

Dear professors, dear fellow students, dear colleagues:



My  name is Lucy Pizaña, and I am writing my PhD about Jewish Film  Festivals at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf (Germany).


A few months ago I brought to life a very productive and wonderful group with fellow students, but also with people from the industry and post-docs researching film festivals. The group meets once a month to discuss film festival research,  methodology, theories, difficulties on the field, our own research, or just whatever is in our minds regarding FFR. The  idea is to meet outside the (competitive)  conference circuit and talk freely about our topics and life in academia. 



If  you are interested in joining our group, please email me and I will send you further  information. It doesn't matter if you are at the beginning of your thesis  or right in the middle of it. But also if you are not a PhD-Student, but are interested in the field and want to join, please email me as well - everyone is welcome. There are some Post-Docs in our group as well.
