We recently launched an open video project called Semanal.org.
You simply post one video a week usually based on a theme.

This week the theme is 'no beginning, no end' - show us the middle, a
fragment of something, let our imagination fill in the before and
after, make a mystery of the backstory and the outcome…

Upload your video wherever you want and post to your own site.
We hacked Wordpress so you can simply enter your URL at Semanal so
your video embeds but the comments go to your own site.
