Copyright and the Moving-Image, online 2 May

In the culture of Web 2.0, the business models of online media distribution
blur commercial and non-commercial motivations, and facilitate the
unregulated sharing of media through a global network. One of the most
contentious aspects being tested is copyright. Our panellists will discuss
how matters of copyright impact - negatively and positively - on the
production and reception of media as it proliferates online.

With Julieta Aranda, artist and curator, e-flux (Berlin/New York), Brian J.
Frye, artist, curator and lawyer (New York), Henriette Huldisch, author and
curator (Berlin/New York), Bjørn Melhus, artist (Berlin) a.o.

Moderated by: Rebecca Cleman, Director of Distribution, Electronic Arts
Intermix (New York)
