<videovortex> Fwd: Anne Friedberg

Hi there,

this morning I received the mail below from Ahmet Gürata, co-organizer  
of Video Vortex Ankara, with the link to a memoriam note on Anne  
Friedberg. I didn't hear this before and did not receive any note on  
any of the mailing lists. Anne Friedberg lost on October 9 her battle  
against Cancer.
On Vortex 4 I used her book  "The virtual window" as a source of  
inspiration for my talk.

As it is said in Turkish: "Başımız sağolsun" .....
